Job Description
Site Verification & Data Collection
Conduct detailed site inspections to verify existing conditions. Measure and record all architectural, structural, and MEP elements as constructed on site. Identify deviations between approved drawings and actual site conditions.
Review of Available Documentation
Review approved drawings, IFC drawings, shop drawings, and any available redline markups. Cross-check site conditions against provided documents.
Preparation of As-Built CAD Drawings
Prepare accurate As-Built CAD drawings reflecting actual site conditions. Update layouts, dimensions, levels, and coordinates based on site verification. Incorporate all site modifications, additions, and removals.
Discipline Coverage
Architectural: Floor plans, elevations, sections, finishes, and layouts. Structural: Columns, beams, slabs, and structural elements (as applicable).
Qualification
1. Bachelor degree in Architect Engineering / civil engineering etc
2. Degree must be attested from MOFA UAE.
3. Candidates must have SOE Card
4. minimum 3 to 5 years dubai experience of As built CAD Drawings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
