Job Description
Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop detailed Floor Plans & layouts, interior design drawings, and shop drawings for projects based on conceptual designs, client specifications, and material selections. Ensure all drawings are developed in line with project schedules, budgetary constraints, and client expectations. Conduct site inspections and surveys when required to verify dimensions, existing conditions, and design integration. Maintain and update drawing logs, revisions, and document control records, ensuring version accuracy and traceability. Review and ensure compliance of drawings with local authority regulations, Dubai Municipality (DM) codes, zoning laws, and company standards. Prepare accurate and complete as-built drawings upon project Survey. Supervise, guide, and review the work of junior draftsmen and CAD technicians, ensuring design consistency and technical quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
