Artist Co Ordinator Full\xe2\x80\x93time We require a new full time team member who understands the entertainment aspects of events, who wants to grow as part of a new and exciting business. The role will be based in Dubai, with a mix of work from our office in Downtown and work from home and on site days. Job Brief: - Deal with International agencies and Local agencies for Artist Bookings. - Check availability of suitable artists - Propose artists and shows to Management. - Ensure artists have technical riders , F&B riders , Travel plan , Stay , Transportation adhere to our high expectations. - Work alongside our existing team supporting with artist bookings for large scale events and festivals in UAE. - Update our database of artists with new acts based in the region and internationally. Skills required : - Bachelor\'s degree in related sector. - Experience working with Events and Talents - Excellent communication skill , Email and verbal - Entertainment industry knowledge. - Ability to network and maintain professional relationships. - Strong multitasking skills and co ordination.
