Co-founded by two visionary artists, the platform blends creativity and commerce to connect global collectors with meaningful, story-led art pieces.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a female General Manager to join our leadership team and take full ownership of the business side of OneFourArt. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and artist-founders, managing day-to-day operations while driving growth,partnerships, and digital performance. You will oversee a small team and ensure strategicalignment across all departments--from marketing to gallery relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Leadership

Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and artist-founders
Manage and streamline daily business operations
Own the P&L, revenue strategy, reporting, and business development
Oversee coordination between internal teams and external vendors

B2B Sales & Partnerships

Lead the development of B2B sales channels, including:

Interior designers? Hotels & hospitality groups
Art exhibitions & galleries
Cultural institutions & gifting programs

Brand & Artist Collaboration

Work closely with the artist-founders to shape collections and storytelling
Translate artistic vision into marketable campaigns
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touch points

What You Bring:

Must-Have Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years in a senior operations or business leadership role
Experience working closely with founders or CEOs
Background in ecommerce, creative industries, art, or luxury retail
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
