Key Responsibilities: Lead the creative team in the development of compelling branding concepts, campaigns, and visual identities Work on the campaign from the outset, managing details about the client, product, target audience and required advertising message Work closely with the team to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the client\'s brief Produce sketches or storyboards to communicate ideas to the client Attend meetings and pitch ideas to clients whenever necessary Provide creative direction and mentorship to the team, encouraging innovation and pushing boundaries Participate in client presentations and provide insights and guidance on visual strategy Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding and creative strategy Cultivate and maintain relationships with freelancers and vendors to expand the agency\'s creative capabilities Work with AI and chat GPT tools for creative inspiration and optimization.
