POSITION DUTIES
- Establish art department standards for production, productivity, quality, and client service.
- Conceptualize with a creative flair the visuals based on requirements.
- Illustrates a concept by showing a rough layout of art and copy arrangements.
- Develop photo compositions, illustrations, logos, and other design ideas using software or by hand.
- Use and follow the appropriate brand guidelines for each brand and project within the DEMIND group
- Ensure team adheres to current processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and proposing and creating processes and tools to support design operations.
- Work with copywriters and creative team members to produce final design or artwork
- Take a visual concept from a Creative Director and design graphics around the communicated goals.
- Collaborate with marketing team in creating marketing plans, aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
- Develop presentation approaches, styles, and techniques for the team to implement.
- Analyze market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape, and track campaign performance.
- Work with the entire creative team to establish a unified brand understanding and voice for the company, helming a creative audit to elevate our innovation.
- Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team.
- Delegate projects to in-house designers/ copywriters/ film makers/ photographers/ etc. and oversee storyboard sand sketches.
- Obtain team approval by presenting final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations, encouraging members to provide feedback, and responding to internal commentary and requests.
- Present or oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizational use.
- Directing photo shoots and photo sets by collaborating with photographers, set directors, wardrobe artists, makeup artists, models, etc. and restaurant operations team members.
- Contribute to thought leadership activities and stimulate professional development and inspiration within the team
- Be hands-on with exceptional execution skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time
- Implement a combination of strategic, conceptual and art direction skills
- Inspire and embrace challenges and new ways of thinking
- Create and manage original, persuasive, conceptually compelling work for campaigns, content and experiences
- Drive the creative translation of content and communication strategies to deliver impactful work
- Collaborate with the client and various teams within the group business

- 5-10 years of experience ideally coming from an agency
- Should have an Excellent portfolio digital and communication work that demonstrates high quality art direction, storytelling, and a clean, contemporary design aesthetic within a variety of campaigns
- Fluency in English is a MUST. Language skills of Spanish and French will be preferred
- Deep knowledge of Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, in design, Premiere pro and Animate
- Provide strategy to constantly evolve and expand the brand for local
- You will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of digital culture and trends
- You have a drive to break boundaries and craft the best ideas in the world of their kind
- You are fearless, boundlessly creative and relentlessly attentive to detail
- The ability to present your work with confidence and a strong rationale.
- The conviction to challenge internal teams or a client comment with logic and appropriate solutions.
