Area Manager - Multi-Branch Salon Operations

Role Overview:

As an Area Manager, you will play a key leadership role overseeing several salon branches, ensuring each location operates smoothly and consistently. You'll be responsible for supporting branch managers, monitoring performance, upholding service standards, and ensuring brand consistency across all studios. This role requires frequent travel between branches, so a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of multiple salon branches Mentor, train, and support Branch Managers and their teams Monitor salon performance: staff productivity, client satisfaction, KPIs, and sales Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene protocols, and service guidelines Conduct regular site visits, audits, and team check-ins Collaborate with the head office on marketing, promotions, and operational improvements Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff development across branches Resolve escalated client or staff issues as needed Report on regional performance and suggest strategies for improvement

Qualifications:

Proven experience in multi-unit management (salon, retail, spa, or hospitality industry preferred) Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills Highly organized and confident in managing time across locations Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service environment Proficient in business reporting, KPIs, and basic financial oversight

Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle

Willingness to travel regularly between salon locations
