Job Description



Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining good relationship with existing dealers by visiting them regularly.

2. Explaining the advantages of the product to new dealers and various fabricator /discount schemes and other incentives.

3. Co-ordinating with marketing team and appoint new dealers wherever dealers not present.

4. Conducting fabricator\'s meet and coordinating with marketing team in order to increase market share for the dealer.

5. Reaching the given sales target by regularly following up the dealers for orders.

6. Doing the proper due diligence before appointing a new dealers so the payment is not stopped.

7. Following with the dealers regarding overdue payments.

8. Attending quality compliance received by dealers and fabricators and take appropriate steps to satisfy the grievance of dealers/fabricators.

9. Giving proper marketing reports analyzing compotator feedbacks pricings etc. to the management.

10. Working with company branch management team in order to enhance the brand value in the market.

Requirement:

1. Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications

2. The ability to work in a fast faced environment and willingness to travel

3. Excellent analytical, problem solving and management skills

4. Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills

5. Strong business acumen

6. Experience in dealer-distribution sales or dealer-distribution network
