Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the assigned area. Manage, train, and support a team of sales representatives and ensure high performance. Monitor and analyse performance metrics, providing regular reports on sales trends and forecasts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand visibility and understand market needs. Co-ordinate with the specification team for vendor listing and current submission vendor listing.
