Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Area Manager located in United Arab Emirates. The Food and Beverage Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations, ensuring that all operations run smoothly, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. Day-to-day tasks include managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining inventory, handling customer complaints, and implementing health and safety regulations. Additionally, the role involves performance monitoring, financial management, and developing strategies for improvement and growth.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Operational and strategic planning experience in the food and beverage industry
Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain coordination
Proficiency in handling customer service and resolving complaints
Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Financial acumen and experience in budget management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field are a plus
Previous experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry is highly desirable
