Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee our retail stores across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion retail management and a proven track record of driving sales and enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management: Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring all stores meet company standards and policies. Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and KPIs across all stores. Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and their teams to ensure high performance and staff retention. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service is provided consistently across all stores. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to minimize losses and maximize sales. Visual Merchandising: Ensure stores are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, sales trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store management role. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and proficiency in retail management software. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE retail market and customer preferences. Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
