Job Description

Our Client For more than 50 years, has been one of the GCC & Middle East most popular & successful operators of convenience stores.

:

Supervising Store Managers: You will be responsible for overseeing the Store Managers at each location, ensuring they are meeting performance standards and providing necessary support.

Ensuring Compliance: You will ensure that all stores are complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Budgeting: You will be responsible for developing and managing budgets for each store, ensuring that financial goals are met.

Staffing: You will oversee staffing decisions for each store, including hiring, training, and scheduling of employees.

Inventory Management: You will be responsible for ensuring that each store has appropriate inventory levels and that inventory is being managed effectively.

Customer Service: You will ensure that each store is providing excellent customer service and taking steps to improve customer experiences.

Sales and Marketing: You will oversee sales and marketing efforts for each store, working to increase revenue and improve brand awareness.

Reporting: You will be responsible for compiling and analyzing data from each store, creating reports for senior management, and making recommendations for improvements.

Training and Development: You will be responsible for identifying training needs for the stores and developing training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the employees.

Safety and Security: You will ensure that each store maintains a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in retail management, with experience in multi-unit management preferred.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.

Strong financial management skills and the ability to develop and manage budgets.

Commitment to customer service and the ability to create a positive customer experience.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the ability to ensure compliance.

Experience in sales and marketing and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Experience in training and development and the ability to develop and deliver training programs.

Knowledge of safety and security protocols and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment.
