Job Purpose
The role is responsible for sales , revenue & operating profit performance, operational excellence, adherence to procedures and utilization of risk mitigation activities to prevent financial fraud or loss with focus on customer retention and new business development for the branches; and effective cost management.
Job Responsibilities
Drive and implement strategic objectives of the Company as communicated by Management
Coordinate frequently with all ARIE heads’ of the departments to support the branches business
Ensure implementation of Customer Service policies and maintain the levels of provided services
Maintain beneficial relationship with commercially valuable customers
Monitor Service Performance of team members and give high priority to maintenance of customer relations
Ensure effective Floor Management through spot visits
Plan and lead customer acquisition and retention activities
Constantly monitor and aim to reduce TAT at counters, and ensure Branches premises are well maintained at all times
Handling Customer branches complaint / provide feedback to the quality& services excellence Dept
Ensure branch appearance / visibility in terms of poster management / marketing support/ housekeeping by leasing with the concern Heads of Departments
Ensure budgeted Sales , Revenue & Operating profits figures are achieved, by utilizing effective strategies to attract new profitable customers, retain and upgrade existing customers through regular visits
Plan and monitor implementation of Branches Sales & Marketing policies and programs
Lead Sales activities and Marketing programs of the branches to attract new customers & monitor implementation
Assimilate Market information through surveys and research;
Provide feedback/ suggestions to Management about new Products, Competition activities and convey the ‘voice’ of the customer to drive policy decisions
Provide leads to Sales Team / Management to gain new business
Identify new locations to launch new branches and present feasibility study to ARIE Top Management for final action. In addition to negotiate with landlord the rental renewal / submit renewal to AGM Operations
Monitor branches operations and effectively manage business functions of the branches
Conduct random audits on Branches Operations, Quality and related parameters
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures for achieving a satisfactory risk rating for the branches
Monitor deviation in branches policies and procedures and take immediate action
Ensure the right implementation of the AML procedures and KYC initiatives, and attend monthly AML committee meeting
Ensure that controls on cash, valuables, assets, reconciliation, daily closing, and other control procedures are adhered at all times
Ensure Manpower planning and budgeting is done efficiently to support business needs
Formulate an Annual Leave Plan for the branches
Ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through the leadership of function – setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to ensure that the highest level of performance is achieved
Ensure attending all the monthly branch staff meetings

Qualifications
Graduate in any related field preferably in Business/Finance background
Experience
Minimum 8 years pf experience in the Financial/Exchange industry with 5+ years at a Supervisory position
