Global Corp Group is a privately held holding company headquartered in the UAE's Abu Dhabi. It has a diverse and vast portfolio of restaurants and an investment firm. The restaurant brands that make up the group's 55+ (brick and mortar) restaurant portfolio across the UAE are Bio Cafe, Just Burger, Just Fresh and Al Pasha Gourmet, Chick N Crunch and more. Candidate with F&B and quick service restaurant experience is must. Manage the operational aspects of stores within your assigned area and oversee Managers/Supervisor and their employees Communicate to all restaurant managers in the assigned area. Make sure that all managers have a clear understanding of their Target and are in the same business objective and direction. Set up restaurant management plan to ensure expense is in the budget or as planned. Review sales every day and analyses sales trends. Identify restaurants that have negative sales gaps, and work with restaurant manager to identify action plan to close the gaps. Set up customer relationship network to build up the Brand and create awareness and customer loyalty in the located area. Handle customer complaints and ensure issues or problems have been completely solved. Ensure that all team members are well trained and passed all training processes Coordinate transportation and distribution of stock Coach and develop leadership skills of Managers Supervisors and make sure that they can apply the knowledge and skills to enhance business performance. Set up Manpower Plan at store/outlet level, Devise and implement sales and marketing campaigns. Monitor and maintain the highest level of Quality Consistency, Service, and Cleanliness standard to ensure customer satisfaction. Solve problems and provide proper direction to increase profits to the restaurants while monitoring restaurants performance and measure the achievement of target. Review historical operations data and reports to identify areas for improvement and innovation * Maintain financial information; prepare budgets; approve expenditure. Ensure that sites in your jurisdiction are compliant with company guidelines and protocols Establish training programs for staff members to improve sales outcomes Monitor and control inventory at each location Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
