Job Description
Qualifications: Masters Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering Experience : 20 years in GCC Responsible for: Project Planning, execution, project progress monitoring & tracking on daily basis. Controlling costs, Generating cash flows, CTC, MIS reports, using ERP system (Xpedeon), MRM presentations, Raising Client RA bills & subcontractors bills. Review technical issues & monitor subcontractors' performance. Raise issues of violations of General Conditions of Contract & Special Conditions of Contract with the clients/consultants. Monitoring Quality, Safety, GFC controlled drawings / document processing. Change Management System and raising claims and variations in time. Finding solutions for hurdles and bottlenecks & raising alarm in time and taking counter measures to overcome the same. Attending site walks, weekly coordination and monthly project review meetings with client and consultants. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED30,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
