is currently seeking a skilledDraughtsman (Architecture/Interior Fit-Out)
to join our teamimmediately
. The ideal candidate must have aminimum of 3 years of experience
in architectural and interior fit-out drafting. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional who islocally available in the UAE
and ready to start workwithout delay
.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
2D drawings
for architecture and interior fit-out projects usingAutoCAD
. Developshop drawings
,joinery details
,reflected ceiling plans
,flooring layouts
, andwall elevations
based on design concepts and specifications. Coordinate witharchitects, interior designers, project managers
, and site teams to ensure accurate and timely drawing submissions. Revise and update drawings based onsite conditions
,client feedback
, orengineering inputs
. Ensure all drawings comply withlocal regulations
,project standards
, and company protocols. Maintain organized documentation and adhere toproject deadlines
.Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience
as an AutoCAD Draughtsman inarchitecture/interior fit-out
.Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D
drafting (mandatory). Strong knowledge offit-out detailing
,materials
,joinery
, andinterior finishing standards
. Ability tointerpret design intent
and convert it into precise working/shop drawings. Strong attention to detail and ability to managemultiple projects under tight deadlines
. Must becurrently residing in the UAE
andavailable to join immediately
