We are seeking a skilled
Joinery / Fit-Out Draughtsman
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and experience in preparing detailed technical drawings for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
detailed technical drawings
and
layouts for joinery and interior fit-out
projects.
Translate conceptual designs into accurate construction drawings.
Work closely with project managers, designers, and site teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Review drawings for accuracy, compliance with project specifications, and feasibility.
Assist in material take-offs, detailing, and preparation of technical documentation.
Update drawings based on design changes or client requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of drawings to meet project schedules.
Requirements:
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Interior/Construction Engineering. Relevant engineering backgrounds are mandatory.
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years
in joinery, furniture design, or interior fit-out drafting. Experience in the
home country is also accepted.
Skills:
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, 2D/3D
drafting software, and related design tools.
Understanding of construction and interior fit-out processes.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Candidates must be
currently available in Dubai.
Immediate joining is required.
