Professional Experience
5-7 years of experience in construction or contracting firms
Proven experience in shop drawings, quantity surveying, and technical submittals.
Familiarity with site execution and ability to coordinate between design and site.
Core Responsibilities
Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating shop drawings and material submittals.
Quantity surveying & knowledge in cost estimation.
Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
Assisting in orders, claims, and contractual documentation.
Ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
