Architectural Technical Coordinator
Job Description
Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure seamless site execution.
Review and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
Provide technical support to the site team during all construction phases.
Ensure design intent and quality standards are met throughout project delivery.
-Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, material submittals, and project documentation.
Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site technical issues with consultants and contractors.
Collaborate with the Design & Project Management teams for drawing revisions and approvals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3-6 years of UAE experience in site coordination and architectural drafting (preferably in villa /building construction).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
Strong understanding of UAE construction standards and regulations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
