About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator with expertise in CAD and BIM processes to join our dynamic team. This role bridges the gap between the creative Design Team and the technical CAD/BIM Production Team, ensuring seamless translation of design concepts into precise technical documentation.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design technical drawing production and advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Illustrator. You will serve as the go-to resource for technical problem-solving, documentation standards, and software workflows, driving efficiency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical liaison between the Design Team and the CAD/BIM Production Team, ensuring design intent is fully realized in technical drawings and models.
• Review, manage, and coordinate the production of detailed CAD and BIM drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
• Develop, enforce, and maintain CAD and BIM standards across projects.
• Support the design team in integrating BIM workflows into the design process, identifying and implementing technological solutions to streamline operations.
• Perform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) checks on technical deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
• Troubleshoot software-related issues and mentor team members on best practices for Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Illustrator workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to establish and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of technical documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software and technology to continuously improve project workflows.

Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you:

• Educational Background: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in producing technical drawings for interior design or architectural projects.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino. Familiarity with other design and coordination tools is a plus (e.g., Dynamo, Navisworks, Enscape).
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of BIM processes, CAD standards, and technical detailing in the interior design field.
• Language: Fluent in English
