Role Overview
As a Technical Coordinator specializing in facades for villa fit-out projects, you will bridge design intent with technical execution. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all facade elements are meticulously detailed, coordinated, and aligned with the project's aesthetic and functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Facade Detailing & Documentation:
Develop and review detailed facade drawings, including elevations, sections, and material specifications, ensuring compliance with design intent and technical standards.?JobLeads+2Indeed+2Energy Jobline+2
Material Selection & Coordination:
Collaborate with architects and suppliers to select appropriate facade materials, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.?
Site Coordination:
Conduct site visits to oversee the installation of facade elements, addressing any technical issues and ensuring adherence to design and safety standards.?
Stakeholder Communication:

Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to monitor the performance and durability of facade systems, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and client expectations.?
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.?Energy Jobline
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facade design and coordination, with a focus on villa or residential projects.?
Technical Skills:
