We are looking for an architectural support to join our acoustic team in Dubai, UAE.

About the job

As architectural support for Kvadrat Acoustics, your focus is to support our acoustic team in the handling of projects: from sales identification through to the specific detailed engineered design solutions, shop drawings, production drawing submission and approvals.


Your main tasks will include:


Review and analysis of tender material to estimate constructability and the relevance for applying our acoustic products and services. Develop design and technical solutions and drafting of preliminary drawings to final production drawings to deliver high quality products and services. Prepare and submit correspondence, inquiries and request for information and quotations, technical submittals, cost proposals, estimates and arrange all project documents and drawings. Ensure all the activities and works are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, plans and details and within the provision of the Technical Specifications and Contracts. Prepare schematic design drawings and final shop drawings for submittals and solve technical issues. Coordinate with the factory and supply them with the right level of information in order to start the production.
Send production order to the factory with all needed details and update the client about the confirmed Leadtime.

Qualifications and competencies

Qualifications in Architecture and Interior Design, minimum Bachelor degree.


You are able produce design and technical detailed drawings, produce calculations according to drawing details and produce a technical submittal.


You have knowledge and understanding of the construction process from sales to execution and you are experienced in preparing a brief and design documentation.


You have an eye for details and good knowledge of design, technical specifications and their implementation.


Good communication skills.


Ability to ensure good coordination between different project phases.


Superuser in Autodesk programs - AutoCAD, 2d & 3d etc.


Team player.
