Position Overview
The Architectural Inspector at Azizi Developments is responsible for conducting on-site inspections, reviewing architectural plans, and ensuring compliance with UAE building codes and design specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations
• Review and interpret architectural plans, shop drawings, and technical submissions for accuracy and alignment with project requirements
• Monitor construction activities and materials to verify quality control and adherence to design intent
• Prepare detailed inspection reports with photographic documentation of progress and identified issues
• Ensure architectural finishes and workmanship meet the highest standards of quality
• Stay updated with local building codes, industry standards, and regulatory updates relevant to architectural projects in the UAE
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in architectural inspections and site supervision in the UAE
• Proven track record in high-rise residential projects
• Experience working exclusively with consulting firms is mandatory
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes, authority regulations, and construction practices
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and reporting skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities with multidisciplinary teams
