Diploma in Engineering / Civil / Architectural or equivalent
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage 3D BIM models for architectural and structural disciplines using Autodesk Revit or equivalent BIM software.
Prepare detailed drawings and schedules (plans, sections, elevations, and details) from BIM models.
Coordinate with MEP and other disciplines to ensure clash-free and accurate models.
Implement company BIM standards, templates, and workflows throughout the project.
Support engineers and coordinators in design development, coordination, and clash detection processes.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture / Structure and Navisworks.
Good understanding of architectural and structural systems, detailing, and construction practices.
Experience in developing models up to LOD 300, 400 and 500 level.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
