Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor and verify architectural works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, local regulations, and quality standards throughout all stages of construction.
• Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and method statements.
• Identify non-conforming works, issue site observations/NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Inspect and verify architectural finishes, including masonry, cladding, waterproofing, joinery, false ceilings, paintwork, tiling, and other interior works.
• Coordinate with other discipline inspectors and site teams to ensure multi-trade integration and avoid clashes.
• Participate in snagging and de-snagging inspections, including preparation of punch lists and ensuring timely closure of items.
• Attend site meetings with contractors, consultants, and client representatives as required.Ensure that all inspections and records are properly documented and filed.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience as an Interior Design Inspector
• Minimum 5 years experience in the UAE, working in design consultancy companies
• Proven experience on high-rise buildingss within the UAE.
• Must have a proven track record of delivering prestigious projects that reflect exceptional standards in finishing works
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, architectural standards, and finishing materials.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
