Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all aspects of the project have been included.
2. Analyses drawings, prepare BOQ with specifications.
3. Prepare the estimation with detailed break up possibly using estimation models and tools.
4. Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
5. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposal, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
6. Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
7. Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
8. Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data
9. Understanding drawings and joinery technical issues

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in a related field
- Minimum of 1 years work experience in joinery / fit out.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
