Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP/Architectural Draftsman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and plans for mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) systems, and architectural layouts. Your expertise in CAD software and design principles will contribute to the successful execution of various projects in the architecture and engineering fields.

Key Responsibilities:

MEP Drafting:

Produce detailed drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

Architectural Drafting:

Create architectural plans, elevations, and sections based on conceptual designs provided by architects and engineers.

Collaboration:

Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with architectural designs.

Code Compliance:

Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.

Revisions & Updates:

Make revisions to drawings based on client or project feedback and maintain updated project files.

Quality Control:

Perform checks on drawings and plans to ensure precision and consistency.

Documentation:

Prepare and organize drawings, specifications, and related documents for project approval and permitting.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MEP/Architectural Draftsman, preferably within an engineering consultancy. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software tools. Solid understanding of MEP systems, architectural drafting standards, and building codes. Ability to interpret and translate engineering and architectural designs into detailed, accurate drawings. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
