to join our team. The ideal candidate should have
a minimum of 3 years of experience
in architectural and interior fit-out drafting, be
locally available in the UAE
, and
ready to join immediately
.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
2D architectural and interior fit-out drawings
using
AutoCAD
.
Develop
shop drawings, joinery details, RCPs, flooring layouts, and wall elevations
based on design concepts.
Coordinate with
architects, interior designers, project managers, and site teams
to ensure drawing accuracy.
Revise and update drawings based on
site conditions, client feedback, and engineering inputs
.
Ensure compliance with
local regulations, project standards, and company protocols
.
Maintain organized
drawing records and documentation
to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of UAE experience
as an
AutoCAD Draughtsman
in
Architecture / Interior Fit-Out
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD 2D drafting
(mandatory).
Strong understanding of
fit-out detailing, joinery, materials, and finishing standards
.
Ability to interpret design intent and produce
precise shop drawings
.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines.
Must be
based in the UAE
and
available for immediate joining
.
