We are seeking an experienced Architectural Fit-Out Engineer to manage and coordinate architectural fit-out works on construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that finishes and fit-out activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate architectural fit-out works on site.
Review and implement approved shop drawings and material submittals.
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
Monitor work progress and quality of finishes.
Report site progress and technical issues to project management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in architectural fit-out works within contracting projects.
Strong knowledge of finishes, materials, and fit-out procedures.
Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
