Architectural Facilities Engineer

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage all maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities related to the architectural elements of the facilities, including facades, roofs, flooring, interior finishes, and structural components. Lead and manage minor to medium-sized architectural and civil projects (e.g., office renovations, space reconfigurations, tenant fit-outs) from design conception through to final execution. Ensure all facility structures and architectural modifications comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and Architectural Operations Manuals. Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and CAD/BIM documents for facility projects. Maintain accurate records of building plans and architectural assets.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in assessing the architectural condition of buildings.
Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering from a recognized university.
Practical experience in building operations or Facility & Property Management.
Solid knowledge of the local building code and the administrative operations manual for government buildings.
Proficiency in using architectural inspection and documentation tools, including forms, reports, and photography.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: QAR10,500.00 - QAR11,500.00 per month
