Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural and technical drawings using CAD software
Develop 3D models and visualizations from concepts and specifications
Coordinate with architects and engineers to resolve design issues
Ensure drawings comply with building codes, safety standards, and local regulations
Perform basic material and design calculations as required
Support projects from concept development through completion
Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) policies and safe work practices
Requirements:
Experience in architectural drafting and 3D design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape or similar tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills (native Arabic & English Mandatory)
Bachelors in Civil Engineering/ Architecture
