About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient

3D Designer Draftsman

to join our dynamic design team. This role is crucial for conceptualizing and visualizing innovative interior and exterior designs, translating ideas into compelling 3D models and detailed drafts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of modern architecture and design trends, with hands-on experience in leading 3D software, to deliver designs that exceed client expectations and contribute to the successful execution of our diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept & Design Development:

Generate innovative concepts and fresh ideas for interior and exterior design projects, aligning with modern architectural trends and client visions. Translate design concepts and sketches into detailed 3D models and realistic renderings. Develop comprehensive design solutions that meet aesthetic, functional, and technical requirements.

3D Modeling & Visualization:

Utilize advanced 3D design software (including but not limited to 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, SketchUp) to create high-quality 3D models and visualizations. Apply best practices in 3D design and rendering to produce compelling visual content. (Optional, if applicable): Develop animations and walkthroughs for design presentations to enhance client understanding and satisfaction.

Drafting & Documentation:

Prepare precise and detailed 2D technical drawings and drafts based on approved 3D models and design concepts. Ensure all drawings comply with relevant industry standards and project specifications. Maintain organized design documentation and version control.

Client Satisfaction & Communication:

Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure the final design delivers complete satisfaction. Effectively communicate design ideas, technical details, and project progress to clients and internal teams.

Inter-Departmental Collaboration:

Collaborate seamlessly with the engineering team, project supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, buildability, and integration with overall project plans. Provide design support throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any design-related queries or challenges.

Timely Delivery:

Manage design tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines and contribute to the timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of proven professional experience in 3D design, visualization, and drafting, preferably within the construction, fit-out, or architectural sectors in the UAE.

Technical Proficiency:

Mandatory hands-on experience and proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, and SketchUp or 3D software models.

Demonstrable expertise in creating realistic renders and detailed 3D models. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting. Familiarity with other relevant design software and tools is a plus.

Design Acumen:

Strong portfolio showcasing interior and exterior design concepts, 3D models, and rendering capabilities. Excellent understanding of modern architectural styles, interior design principles, and material applications.

Language:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Availability:

Ability to join immediately is highly preferred.
