Job Description

Requirements : Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, lumion rendering, 3ds Max, and other relevant drafting software to create 3D design.

Candidates should have 2 to 3 years UAE experience and must be available in UAE for face to face interview.

Swimming pool and landscape experience will be an added advantage.

Resposibilities:

Prepare

2D drawings

using AutoCAD based on design concepts, sketches, and project requirements. Review and interpret

architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

to ensure coordination across disciplines. Develop

as-built drawings

and update existing CAD files as required. Ensure all drawings comply with

company standards, codes, and regulations

. Assist engineers, architects, and quantity surveyors in reviewing design accuracy and material take-offs. Maintain drawing records, revisions, and document control according to project documentation procedures. Conduct

site visits or measurements

when necessary to verify existing conditions or gather data. Support project teams in preparing

shop drawings, layouts, and detailing

for construction purposes. Collaborate closely with

design and project teams

to meet deadlines and maintain drawing quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:

English (Preferred)
