We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Architectural Draftsman

with a minimum of

4 years of experience

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both

2D drafting and 3D modeling with realistic rendering skills

, and with a good knowledge of architectural detailing and Dubai Building code.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate 2D drawings and 3D models with high quality 3D renderings for architectural projects. Able to produce Concept Designs, detailed design and working drawings if needed. Revise drawings and designs based on feedback. Support in presentations.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (preferably in the UAE or GCC). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other 2D/3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, VRay, SketchUp, Lumion...etc.). Good understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and materials. Familiarity with UAE building codes and standards. Ability to work independently and in team and meet the deadlines. Work portfolio must be shared for our reference, along with the CV. Good communication skills, speaking and writing.
Must demonstrate strong discipline and the ability to work effectively under the supervision of the Design Manager.

Preferred:

Diploma or degree in Architecture or related field. Previous experience in government or high-spec commercial projects. Arabic language is an added advantage.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
