Urgent Requirement for Sahara Glass, Sharjah

Architectural Draftsman- 2 nos.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- PROJECT WORK

Send report to the project manager of what have been achieved and accomplished on a daily basis. Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data for a project. Study and Execute AutoCAD drawings for selected projects. Conduct research for concepts and ideas to develop and find solutions for each project.
oWork within timely schedules and coordinate tasks and any requirements from the commencement up to final completion of the project.

Update Project manager for the work progress of the work by sending reports through e-mail. Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to execute the project as per the client preference. Participate in client presentations and meetings with confidence and communicate strongly to close the deal. Create professional designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts. Supervise and Implement procedures for Quality management. Obtain knowledge of prices and products to be able to generate a quotation for the projects. Conduct site visits to meet with clients, submit the required documents. Supervise and furnish reports of on-going project works in order to successfully achieve the projects requirements.

GETTING THE PROJECT

Meeting the client and communicate efficiently with the client to get the project. Clarify all project details and aspects to the client. What are the possibilities, what will the final product look like. Draft the quotation as per the agreed project details with the client and getting the approval on the quotation from the projects manager. Provide the client the time frame as per the discussion with the team.
