Architectural Design Manager

Job Description
The architectural design manager will work in the Architecture & Design team on new developments or redevelopment projects for Shopping malls, Residential communities and hotels. The position will predominantly focus on supporting the in house design team and the consultant\'s teams in delivering high quality design outcomes through effective functional planning, customer focused design solutions and enhancement of the brand.
The architectural design manager will support in creating the project vision, maintaining the design concept and safe guarding the design intent from concept to delivery.

Minimum experience
- 10 to 15 years of work experience in retail planning design, commercial building design, residential, mixed-use and master planning design with reputed companies in GCC or abroad.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Effective communicator with excellent influencing and engagement skills
- Ability to work in productive and innovative manner as an innovator and enabler
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills using a flexible pragmatic approach
- Ability to adapt to and manage change
- AutoCAD, Revit & BIM
- Sketchup and other 3D visualisation softwares
- Adobe creative suite
- MS Office softwares
