We are seeking a highly experienced
Architectural Department Manager
to lead the architectural team in our engineering consultancy office. The ideal candidate will oversee all architectural design stages, manage the team, ensure high-quality deliverables, and coordinate with all project disciplines.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the architectural design team. Oversee concept design, detailed design, and project documentation. Review and approve architectural drawings and shop drawings. Ensure compliance with project specifications, QCS, and authority requirements. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other departments. Attend client meetings and present design solutions. Manage submissions to authorities and ensure timely approvals. Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred). 12-15 years of architectural experience, including
at least 5 years in a managerial role
. Strong consultancy background and experience in Qatar. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and design standards. Strong understanding of local regulations and authority procedures.Mandatory: UPDA Grade A (Architect - Engineers Classification).
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.How to Apply:
