Job Description

The Architectural Coordination Manager (Municipality) is responsible for managing and coordinating all architectural submissions, approvals, and communications with the Municipality (Baladiya). The role involves ensuring that all project-related documents comply with local regulations, following up with municipal departments, and representing the company in meetings with authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all architectural project submissions to the Municipality (Baladiya). Follow up on approvals, comments, and requirements from municipal authorities. Attend meetings with Municipality officials and provide necessary clarifications or documentation. Ensure all drawings and documents comply with local codes and regulations. Liaise with internal design and engineering teams for updates and revisions. Maintain proper documentation and records of correspondence with authorities. Support project teams with UPDA and other authority-related processes.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Qatar. UPDA certified preferred. Strong knowledge of Municipality (Baladiya) procedures and requirements. Excellent communication skills in

Arabic and English

(spoken and written). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Professional attitude with good coordination and follow-up skills.
