Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage timelines and budgets to deliver high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee architectural design and development for various projects. Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success. Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling while maintaining quality and efficiency. Ensure all architectural designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and industry regulations . Review and approve drawings, specifications, and construction documents . Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any design challenges. Oversee BIM coordination and implementation of architectural technologies. Manage RFIs, submittals, and permit applications . Lead and mentor junior architects and design teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting client expectations. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in architectural project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software . Strong understanding of building codes, construction processes, and material specifications . Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills . Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience in sustainable and green building practices is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
