Job Description

The Architectural BIM Engineer is responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Autodesk Revit and other industry-standard tools. This role will work closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to deliver coordinated, accurate, and high-quality models, ensure that all architectural elements are well-coordinated and construction ready. The models will support both planning and execution phases of the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using software such as Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools Experience in creating parametric families/components in Revit. Generate BIM extracted Drawings, construction details, on-site use Support project workflows and timelines using BIM technology. Coordinate architectural elements with structural, MEP, and site teams for clash detection and constructability Incorporate revisions based on design changes, RFIs, and site feedback Support 4D scheduling and quantity take-offs when required Collaborate with BIM Manager/Coordinator to ensure company BIM standards are upheld Maintain version control and documentation for all BIM files and outputs
QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is a must Strong knowledge of BIM processes, standards (LOD, COBie, etc.), and documentation workflows Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM coordination tools is a plus Familiarity with construction drawings, detailing, and architectural design principles Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field [3+] years of relevant industry experience
SKILLS & ABILITIES

Experience with international building codes and standards Familiarity with point cloud modeling or Scan-to-BIM workflows Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
