BIM Engineer (Architectural - Electrical - Mechanical)

to join our team. The

responsibilities

of this position include, but are not limited to:

Developing and maintaining 3D BIM models for architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems. Coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure accurate modeling and integration of various systems. Conducting clash detection and resolving any conflicts within the BIM environment. Preparing detailed documentation and reports based on BIM models. Assisting in the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices. Supporting project teams by providing technical expertise and guidance on BIM-related tasks. Analyzing design and construction options through BIM to optimize project outcomes. Providing training and support for team members on BIM software and tools. Engaging in ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements. Monitoring schedule adherence and ensuring timely delivery of BIM-related outputs.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience as a BIM Engineer or similar role in the GULF Region. Strong knowledge of BIM software, including Revit and Navisworks. Experience with clash detection and resolution techniques. Understanding of building codes, standards, and specifications. Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with project management principles. Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and presentations.
