Job Description

Looking for an Architectural BIM Engineer our project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating integrated BIM models and preparing architectural and steel shop drawings. Coordinating with various teams and subcontractors to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the design and construction phases.
Responsible for quantifying materials, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and generating reports and as-built documentation. Implement design modifications, maintain document control, and contribute to continuous improvement by applying international best practices.

Conducting physical site visits to assess potential construction sites and identify any potential hazards or issues *Communicating with clients regularly to ensure they are satisfied with the progress of a project
*Reviewing blueprints created by architects or other engineers to ensure they comply with industry standards
*Analyzing building plans to determine structural integrity and estimate costs for materials and labor
Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure a project is completed on time and within budget Preparing estimates of material costs based on drawings provided by clients or architects *Analyzing building plans to identify areas of concern, such as building code violations or structural problems
*Preparing specifications for materials or equipment needed for projects

REQUIREMENT:

*Bachelor's degree in Architecture

*With experience in the steel structure or construction industry and

BIM Expert

*Proficiency in Revit, along with AutoCAD for steel detailing and BIM modeling, is essential.

*Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills

Attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.
