Architectural & Building Fabric System Engineer

Job Description
- Delivering a safe and reliable passenger service with a specific focus on engineering, maintenance, and asset management for the following systems:
- 7 to 10 years' experience in engineering / maintenance for high performance systems in all architectural and building fabric, civil engineering related systems, including cleaning, landscaping and specialized cleaning
- Exposure to the railway environment and its operations procedures
- Prior involvement and experience in construction and project management is an advantage, including T&C, trial running and handover.
- MAXIMO or any similar MMS/CMMS
- QLIKVIEW or any other similar Business Intelligence systems
- BIM
- AutoCAD or/and similar
- Technical standards relevant to the systems under his/her responsibility
- Risk analysis
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
