We are looking for a skilled Architectural Engineer to join our team, with a strong background in handling municipality submissions, following up on comments, and preparing professional responses.
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a consultancy dealing directly with municipality projects
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on municipality comments and requirements
Prepare and submit technical responses and revised drawings
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations
Maintain accurate documentation and submission records
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a consultancy environment
Strong knowledge of municipality procedures and building regulations
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple submissions
