We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Architect to join our innovative team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our architectural firm, you will contribute to the design and execution of cutting-edge projects that shape the skyline of this dynamic city and beyond.

Develop and oversee architectural designs from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements and project specifications Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to deliver high-quality architectural solutions Lead and mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design integrity Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D renderings and detailed drawings, to clients and stakeholders Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative technologies into architectural projects Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively Stay updated on local building codes, regulations, and industry trends Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client meetings and proposal preparations

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university Licensed or registered architect with a minimum of 7 years of post-graduate experience Proven track record of leading international, high-quality projects through all work stages Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design skills and a range of successfully completed projects Proficiency in architectural software, including Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and SketchUp Advanced 3D modeling and post-production skills In-depth knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Qatar and the Middle East Experience with project management and client relations Excellent communication and organizational skills Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Innovative mindset with a passion for creating unique architectural solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Willingness to adapt to the cultural and architectural nuances of the Middle Eastern region
