Randstad is working with an international architecture and engineering design firm in the search for a Lead Architect to join the team and help deliver some of the most prestigious luxury developments in the UAE. As the Lead Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of high:profile residential and hospitality projects in the UAE. Youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, oversee technical design processes, and ensure the highest standards of innovation and quality. We are looking for some with excellent coordination experience with the ability to lead a small team. Responsibilities: : Lead and manage the design and technical delivery of large:scale residential and hospitality projects. : Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to meet and exceed project expectations. : Oversee the production of detailed drawings, plans, and specifications. : Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards. : Provide mentorship and leadership to junior architects and designers. Requirements: : Extensive experience in technical design and delivery of luxury residential or hospitality projects. : Proven track record of working on large:scale developments, ideally in the Middle East. : Strong knowledge of architectural design software and BIM processes. : Excellent understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and materials. : Ability to work in a fast:paced environment and manage multiple priorities. : A degree in Architecture from a recognised institution; professional licensure is a plus. : Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
