The Role

• Meeting with clients to discuss project objectives and needs. . Preparing and presenting design proposals, including detailed drawings of finished bathrooms, renovations, or restorations . Meeting with clients to discuss the feasibility of designs . Reviewing local rules and regulations to ensure the construction project falls within all constraints . Able to prepare shop drawings . Working with computer-aided design software to create blueprints and images . Coordinate and create a necessary correspondence between relevant stakeholders. . Resolve design issues that come up during construction. . Participate and work closely with the project management team. . Hands-on experience in CAD drawings and details. . Should be able to issue BOM . Supervise a team of Draftsmen

Requirements
The candidate should demonstrate competence in some or all of the following: . Arabic speaker will be a preference. . Knowledge of civil and MEP Designs . Knowledge of 3D Modelling and Photoshop will be an added advantage.
