Architect Designer
Job Description
We are currently looking for an Architect Designer Arabic Speaker or Tagalog
Educational/Experience Requirements Required: Bachelors/Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited academic institution Must have recently completed (with-in the past 24 months) significant hospitality projects through construction administration with field and project closeout experience. Strong previous peer consultant relationships based on successful project experience. Special Qualifications Portfolio of design works is a must. Familiarity or working knowledge of AutoCAD Computer Graphic skills, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Premiere Pro, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and current Windows operating systems (Office 365 preferred) Proficiency in working knowledge of Sketch-Up and 3D Max software Experience working within database systems Ability to work in a creative, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced team environment. Ability to approach all tasks with proactive thinking and a comprehensive plan of action. Must be self-motivated, self-directed, and possess strong leadership qualities.
