Architect Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare architectural designs for projects in compliance with municipal regulations and international standards. Manage and oversee all stages of the architectural design process, from concept to detailed construction drawings. Review and approve architectural drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and client expectations. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical) to ensure full integration of design. Attend client and authority meetings, present and explain design concepts when required. Prepare regular progress reports and submit them to management. Ensure adherence to urban planning regulations, municipality standards, and project specifications. Efficiently use design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university. 3 to 7 years of proven experience in architectural design, preferably in consultancy offices. Must hold

UPDA certification

from Qatar Municipality (mandatory). Proficiency in Arabic language (English is an added advantage). Preferably of Arab nationality. Strong ability to work within a team and handle work pressure. Excellent time management, coordination, and project follow-up skills.
