We're looking for an energetic and articulate Arabic Speaking Sales Executive to drive sales and cultivate strong client relationships within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, possess a deep understanding of sales processes, and be able to effectively communicate the value of our [products/services] to potential clients. This role is crucial for our growth, requiring a proactive approach to lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
? ?Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
? ?Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
? ?Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients, both in-person and virtually.
? ?Negotiation & Closing: Expertly negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? ?Market Understanding: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
? ?Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track leads, and update CRM with accurate and timely information.
? ?Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans to management.
? ?Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Qualifications
? ?Native-level fluency in Arabic and excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is essential.
? ?Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the UAE.
? ?Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization.
? ?Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
? ?Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
? ?Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
? ?Strong organizational and time management skills.
? ?Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
? ?Owning a car and having a valid UAE driving license is preferred for client visits, but not strictly required.
